Because coffee is a food product, all coffee sales are final and we do not accept returns of coffee products.

If Battle Tested Coffee ships the wrong product due to an error on our part, we will correct the shipment at no additional cost to the customer.

Battle Tested Coffee is not responsible for damage occurring during shipment after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
